Top Best Restaurants in Las Vegas

While there are dozens of restaurants we love in Las Vegas, we've narrowed it down to a list of 10 of our favorites (in no particular order) to recommend.
These restaurants, all located on the Las Vegas Strip, have consistently good food as well as atmosphere and great service. You can't go wrong! If money is no object and you're looking for the must-try places in Vegas, these are the restaurants to go to:

  • Joël Robuchon and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand

France's "Chef of the Century" Joël Robuchon serves fine French cuisine at his two restaurants at MGM Grand. Joël Robuchon is the more formal venue. It is also the only Las Vegas restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. Here you can choose a 6-course meal or a 16-course meal. Both offer a unique culinary and sensory experience. L'Atelier, a Michelin-starred restaurant, is the more casual space where you can sit at the counter and watch your dinner being prepared. Diners can choose from tapas dishes, a tasting menu or a seasonal menu. Signature dishes include steak tartar and free-range quail stuffed with foie gras. Desserts are to-die-for including traditional tarts and a green chartreuse soufflé with pistachio ice cream.

  • Picasso at Bellagio

At Picasso you can enjoy French and Spanish cuisine surrounded by works from the legendary artist. The views of the Bellagio Fountains and the Strip are beautiful from the outdoor patio. Executive chef Julian Serrano ‘s menu has earned the AAA Five Diamond Award 13 times. Guests can choose from a prix-fixe menu, a tasting menu or a vegetarian menu, which includes dishes like fennel and celery root ravioli and a vegetable ragout. Picasso's wine cellar also boasts more than 1,500 selections.

  • Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace

This restaurant boasts a Forbes Travel Five Star Award, AAA Five Diamond award, two Michelin stars, the Wine Spectator Grand Award and inclusion on the Gayot.com Top 40 Restaurants in America list, just to name a few honors. The restaurant is designed to emulate the menu of Savoy's Paris restaurant. It's the only place in the U.S. you can taste Savoy's food, including his famous artichoke and black truffle soup. Choose from Savoy's signature menu, an à la carte menu or the innovation menu, which is served for the entire table.

  • Sage at Aria

This restaurant has a sophisticated atmosphere and amazing contemporary American cuisine from acclaimed chef Shawn McClain. He combines farm-to-table produce, artisanal meats and sustainable seafood to make your meal memorable. Dishes include braised veal cheeks, Iberico pork loin and grilled Spanish octopus. When dining at Sage, be sure to ask for the absinthe tasting -- a rare presentation of absinthe, rolled to your table on a cart.

  • Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan

Milo's, a high-end Greek and Mediterranean restaurant, serves some of the freshest seafood from the Mediterranean Sea. When dining at Milos, the first thing you do is sit down at your table. The second thing you do is stand up and walk over to the impressive fish display. An open-air cooler is filled with crushed ice and topped with all sorts of delicacies. It is here at the fish market that you select the fish or items you want to have for dinner that night. Gorgeous langoustines, beautiful fish, langosta (spiny lobsters) and fresh vegetables all line the case. One of the best places to enjoy your dinner is on the patio, a gorgeous setting with vine-covered white lattice, olive trees and flowers.

Top of the World at Stratosphere
This restaurant is the only one in town where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Las Vegas from angled floor-to-ceiling windows. The restaurant, more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, rotates throughout your meal. Enjoy first-class service and menu that offers a variety of gourmet steak, meat, fowl and seafood dishes as well as vegan and gluten-free selections. You can also indulge in a four-course tasting menu with suggested wine pairings.

  • Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace

What would a list of favorite Vegas restaurants be without a buffet? If you're looking for a truly unique buffet with high quality dishes, look no further than the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. It serves more than 500 different dishes made daily from more than 800 recipes. The Bacchanal Buffet is divided into nine different show kitchens: Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, American, seafood, pizza, deli (including soups, cheeses and charcuterie selections) and desserts. Each show kitchen also has an action station with plated dishes and "minis" (small-sized portions of modern cuisine to tempt foodies - like red velvet pancakes, oak-grilled lamb chops and roasted South Carolina shrimp and grits). Along with nine show kitchens, the Bacchanal Buffet features three separate element-inspired dining atmospheres.

  • Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas

If you're looking for a good steak, look no further than celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant at Paris. Choose your cut of beef, supplied from legendary New York butcher Pat LaFrieda, from the rolling steak trolley, which showcases the cuts of beef with mirrors so you can see the marbling without craning your neck. The ribeye is hearty and flavorful, seared with a great crust. The tender Kobe beef cap is melt-in-your-mouth delicious and a must-try. Another of Ramsay's signature dishes is the popular beef Wellington, served with glazed root vegetables and potato puree in a red wine demi glace. The high-energy restaurant playfully transports guests to a London atmosphere via a unique Euro-tunnel-like entryway. The restaurant celebrates the city of London with touches like a large Union Jack flag painted on the ceiling.

  • Twist at Waldorf Astoria

Twist is the only place in the U.S. where you can experience the cuisine of three Michelin Star-chef Pierre Gagnaire. This fine dining restaurant, located off the 23rd floor hotel lobby at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, features a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Guests can choose from seasonal à la carte dishes, a three-course tasting menu or an extravagant six-course experience. The menu changes, but offerings might include farm lamb, Mediterranean loup de mer, crayfish and free-range chicken.

  • Spago at Bellagio

This legendary Wolfgang Puck restaurant is the definition of dinner and a show in Las Vegas. Spago inside the Bellagio gives you one of the most picturesque views in the world, the Bellagio Fountains. The fountains rocket more than 400 feet into the air while you indulge in the celebrity chef’s fresh and seasonal cuisine that will blow your taste buds out of the water, no pun intended. Whether you go for lunch or dinner, we highly recommend asking to be seated on the outdoor patio, this is one of the best views on the Strip. Cote de boeuf, crispy skin branzino, Spanish iberico jamon and saffron risotto are just the beginning of what will surely be one of the most memorable dining experiences you’ll have during your stay in Las Vegas.
